Farm To Street To Table
After moving on from running and operating the Dolce VT foodtruck, Chef-Owner Stefano Cicirello partnered with his sister Susie Ely in the move to a brick and mortar restaurant. Restaurant Poco is a globally inspired shared plate restaurant and bar in Burlington Vermont, offering selectively sourced ingredients, unique & delicious cocktails along with beer & wine.
Our Space
We are a 25-seat restaurant, including 6 seats at the bar, with additional outdoor seating available during the summer months. Our intimate space invites you to experience a lively and engaging dining environment. The music can be loud, but the space remains comfortable and inviting, creating an energetic atmosphere that's perfect for enjoying shared plates and drinks with friends. Whether you dine in or take out, Poco provides a warm, busy space that celebrates good food and good company.
Menu
At Restaurant Poco, every dish invites you to taste a bit of everything, making your dining experience vibrant and communal. Our menu is crafted for shared dining, inviting guests to order multiple plates to enjoy together at the table instead of individual meals. We serve all plates as they are ready rather than in courses. Be sure to try our dessert specials and espresso to round out your visit. We strive to accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions—please inform us how we can best assist you.
An abbreviated Take Out Menu is available for Online Ordering.
No reservations:
At Restaurant Poco, we operate on a first-come, first-served basis with no reservations accepted. This approach ensures a flexible dining experience, allowing us to welcome guests as they arrive. We invite you to join us Tuesday through Saturday from 5:30 PM until close to enjoy shared plates and great company. Guests are encouraged to be mindful of their dining time, as others are waiting based on a generous estimate of table availability. While we strive to create a relaxed atmosphere where no one feels rushed, we also ask for respect toward fellow diners.
How does this work? When you arrive, we will seat all tables and bar seats until full. Once we reach capacity, we maintain a waitlist for the next available seating. A typical seating lasts between one hour and an hour and a half, depending on the size of your table.
Please note that the time given is an estimate, not a reservation. This means that when you return at the assigned time, we aim to seat you promptly; however, a short additional wait may still be necessary. Sometimes, you may notice an empty table while we are waiting on a guest from the waitlist to return. If that guest does not come back, we proceed to the next person on the list.
We are happy to offer you a cocktail to enjoy while you wait. Please ensure everyone in your party is present to be seated.
